At Vijaya Jewellery, we aim to provide a secure and transparent purchasing experience. Please review our Shipping and Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Reservation & Payment Process

All products listed on our website follow a reservation-based purchase system:

  • Customers are required to pay a reservation amount as displayed on the product page.
  • Payments are securely processed through Stripe, our trusted payment gateway.
  • Once the reservation payment is completed, the product will be temporarily reserved under the customer’s name.
  • After payment, the customer must:
    • Confirm the product reservation
    • Schedule a pickup date and time at our store in Scarborough

2. Pickup Process

  • All purchases are completed via in-store pickup only (no shipping delivery unless otherwise stated).
  • Customers must visit the store on the scheduled date to collect their jewellery.
  • Please ensure you bring your order confirmation details at the time of pickup.
  • Products will only be handed over after full verification and completion of any remaining payment (if applicable).

3. Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our return guidelines are as follows:

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of pickup.
  • The product must be:
    • Unworn
    • In original condition
    • With original packaging and invoice

Important Exclusions:

  • Earrings are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Any customized, altered, or special-order items are also non-returnable.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Contact our store within 3 days of pickup
  • Provide your order details and reason for return
  • Our team will review the request and confirm eligibility
  • Approved returns must be brought back to the store for inspection

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection and may take a few business days depending on the payment method used.


5. Cancellations

  • Reservation payments may be non-transferable once a product is reserved.
  • Cancellation eligibility depends on the stage of order processing.
  • Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a reservation.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Report it immediately at the time of pickup or within 24 hours
  • Provide clear details and proof if requested
  • We will assess and provide a replacement or resolution where applicable
