Shipping policy

At Vijaya Jewellery, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and secure—from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Each piece of jewelry you purchase is carefully packaged, fully insured, and handled with the utmost care to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


Order Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment. During peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed via email.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items may require additional time for crafting and quality checks. Estimated timelines for custom orders will be provided at checkout or in a follow-up email.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer reliable, tracked shipping services across Canada, the United States, and select international locations. Shipping timeframes are as follows:

  • Within Canada: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays due to weather, customs processing, courier issues, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over CAD $150 within Canada.

  • Express and expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost and can be selected during checkout.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track the shipment online. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order is dispatched.

Packaging & Insurance

All jewelry items are securely packaged in tamper-proof, protective wrapping and placed inside our signature Vijaya Jewellery boxes, making them gift-ready and safe during transit.

To ensure peace of mind, all shipments are insured against loss or damage until they are delivered to you. In case of damage or a lost package, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to begin a claim or replacement process.


Customs, Duties & International Shipping

For orders shipped outside of Canada, please note the following:

  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in the item or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or other regulatory agencies.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed information before placing an international order.


Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate before confirming your order. Vijaya Jewellery is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping will be subject to an additional shipping fee.


Delivery Confirmation

A signature may be required upon delivery for certain high-value orders. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery based on their policy.
